Guy was born and raised with a rich tradition of the California legal system. Having a father who sat on the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit federal court as a judge gave Guy many hours of continuing education. He was raised in San Marino, California and grew up with a keen understanding of the legal profession.

Mr. Gadbois attended the local San Marino schools and began friendships that continue today. He furthered his education with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Santa Barbara. Guy’s interests led him to a major in Communications with a minor in Spanish. Continuing his interest in language he immersed himself in an intensive study of Spanish at a college in Cuernavaca, Mexico. This experience served him well as Mr. Gadbois speaks Spanish fluently.

Mr. Gadbois spent more than 20 years building a marketing and advertising business in the printing industry. Wanting to do more with his marketing and advertising background, he began taking classes in real estate. Guy jumped in with both feet as he completed class work to secure his California Real Estate Broker’s license.

During his years in real estate, Guy’s experiences introduced him to property investment, property sales, 1031 exchanges, bulk sales of businesses, probate sales and leasing. Having extensive contact with the legal profession through his father and his contacts, Guy decided to continue the pursuit of real estate with a legal focus. Today you will find him deeply engrossed in helping professionals with their real estate needs.

His rich background in marketing to businesses and developing advertising campaigns helped secure the skill set needed to make the transition to assist the legal profession, find the best office space for the practice, negotiate leases or purchase of space, secure design floor plans, manage construction build-outs and complete the move.
